Behind the Scenes

A 2,031 SF retail space in Denver underwent tenant improvements that included drywall and framing for new dressing rooms, selective demolition, and electrical work for updated lighting.

Fire safety and HVAC systems were modified, and millwork and door hardware were installed for the dressing rooms. Roofing work supported the mechanical ductwork and exhaust fan per the MEP design.

The project’s primary goals included adding dressing rooms, painting the interior, replacing light fixtures, installing new custom furniture for retail exhibits, and adding new exterior signage. The custom furniture scope had the most compressed schedule, requiring high-quality finishes for the new retail racks. We built a custom wavy retail wall rack and a custom display at the main entrance, both designed to symbolize snow in the mountains.

We were excited to support Halfdays in opening their first flagship retail store in Denver’s RiNo District. As a fellow woman-owned business, we were proud to help bring their vision to life and support their goal of opening the store ahead of the season.
